Fordelm Consulting was formed in 2005 working with financial institutions on strategic planning and end-to-end process reviews. Since then, we’ve worked with companies, non-profits and charities of all sizes and shapes, mostly in Canada, sometimes in the US, the UK and Europe.

The Centre for Workplace Engagement

The Centre for Workplace Engagement is operated by Shalem Mental Health Network. Bill Bickle, working with the CWE, is a certified trainer and facilitator by the International Institute of Restorative Practices (IIRP).

Organic Quality Management

Organic Quality Management (OQM) measures the health and quality of any organization from three perspectives: people, structure and values. Many tools exist that can measure one, or possibly two of these, but only Organic Quality Management is people-based, structure-based and values-based.

The procedure begins with a questionnaire designed to evaluate areas of leadership, team-work and their relationships, organizational structures, organizational values and company culture, and authenticity.

The findings are intended to improve the work environment for employees and give greater authenticity to the mission and vision of the organization.

Organic Quality Management encourages healthy growth, engages stakeholders, and aligns everyone with the driving purpose of the organization

Organic Quality Management can be summed up as holistic management on the foundation of the organization’s values, where life and people are center-stage and account is taken of the whole ‘system’ with all its interconnections.
