At NCD Canada, We work with churches and church leadership teams to identify the barriers to releasing all-by-itself growth potential that God has already placed in them. We bring surveys & assessments, books and processes to apply God’s growth principles.

NCD Canada is part of NCD UK & Canada as there is a common National Partner for both countries. Bill Bickle, the lead at Fordelm Inc., has been the Canadian National Partner since 2009 and the UK National Partner since 2023 when Lynn Chetcuti retired.
While we’ve changed some of the ways NCD Church Surveys are processed, God’s growth principles haven’t changed! And while we are continually adding to our tools, resources and processes, all of our work still focuses on the application of the growth principles by individuals, groups, churches and whole denominations. So that all-by-itself growth-potential is released, and the heads, hearts and hands of people are transformed.
