Empowering Leadership Training

Description

In partnership with NCD Norway, NCD UK & Canada will lead an online, English, seven-week course on Empowering Leadership.

Part 1: Over seven Tuesdays, from April 7 to May 19, at 1:00 pm EST, facilitated group discussions will cover the week’s pre-watched video presentation of the material. During the course, each participant will conduct an Empowerment Test, receiving confidential online feedback from at least two followers.

Part 2: A 1:1 coaching conversation with one of the course leaders, based on your Empowerment Profile and your day-to-day lived experience.
