Workshops, webinars, and gatherings designed to deepen learning and bring people together around shared growth.

The following workshops and training series are scheduled throughout the year and are available to individuals. Groups or congregations can also book any of the workshops or training sessions to be presented in-house or online with the group. If you would like to schedule any of these workshops or training sessions for your setting, please be in touch to arrange an appropriate time. All of these workshops and training sessions can be delivered online or in person.

AUTUMN 2026

3-Colour Spiritual Styles Workshop

This workshop is based on Christian Schwarz’s The 3 Colors of Your Spirituality and the Spiritual Styles Test. It explores nine spiritual styles related to the Trinitarian Compass. Identify your most natural way of connecting with the triune God, and additional ways you might connect.

4 hours in person or two 2-hour online sessions

3-Colour Leadership Development training

This workshop is based on Christian Schwarz’s The 3 Colors of Leadership and explores the six pairs of empowering and leading attributes of leader-ship: Vision; Experimentation; Capacity; Strategy; Training; and Progression

4 hours in person or 3 x 1½-hour online sessions, with six monthly 1:1 coaching

This workshop is based on Christian Schwarz’s The 3 Colors of Your Love and explores the eight elements of love listed in Galations 5; Love that heals, strengthens, protects and enriches.

This workshop is based on the 3 Colour Inspiration Test and explores the concepts of Worth-ship and what makes a person more inspired and inspiring

This workshop is based on Christian Schwarz’s The 3 Colors of Your Gifts and the 3-Colouru Gift Test; it identies a person’s spiritual gifting, how they can be used in community to build up the Body of Christ.

This workshop is based on Christian Schwarz’s The 3 Colors of Community and the 3-Colour Communal Test; it explores a person’s dominant spiritual energy, how to direct it effectively for the health and growth of small groups.

Growth Cycle Training

It explores all six phases of the NCD Growth Cycle: Perceive; Test; Understand; Plan; Do; and Experience. Application of the Cycle with the Church Survey and/or with any of the 3-Colour Assessments.

Restorative Practice Training

Introduction to Restorative Practice, developing and facilitating circles to restore relationships, or to work proactively on culture
