Rather than measuring performance or “holiness,” these tools help people discover how they are uniquely designed, where grace flows naturally, and where growth may be emerging.

Together, the tools explore areas such as:

• relationship with the Trinity
• spiritual formation and character
• motivation and decision-making
• relational presence and influence
• leadership and multiplication
• gifts, calling, and contribution

The process moves from spiritual roots to visible fruit, helping disciples grow in ways that are balanced, life-giving, and sustainable.

These assessments can be used individually, in small groups, or as part of leadership and discipleship development processes.
