NCD Church Survey

Rather than focusing only on attendance or finances, the survey helps churches listen to the congregation's lived experience and identify both strengths and barriers to growth. It provides a framework for meaningful conversations about leadership, discipleship, relationships, structures, mission, and spiritual vitality.

The survey is not intended as a report card. It is a starting point for reflection, discernment, and healthy growth.
