NCD Church Survey

Description

The NCD Church Survey includes the Survey Form (paper or electronic), the two Tokens required to process the Basic and Advanced Profiles, and the suite of reports called the NCD Result Guides (NRGs). It also entitles the church leadership to a debrief of the results with NCD Canada by phone or Zoom (preferred).
